2. Services Overview

Bright Erection Studio provides professional architecture and interior design services including but not limited to:

• Architectural design and planning
• Interior design consultation and execution
• 3D visualization and rendering
• Space planning and renovation
• Project management and supervision
• Design consultation services

3. Client Obligations

3.1 Information Accuracy

Clients must provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for project execution. This includes site measurements, legal documents, budget constraints, and design preferences.

3.2 Payment Terms

Payment schedules will be outlined in individual project contracts. Standard payment terms include:

• Initial consultation fee (if applicable)
• Design phase payments as per milestone completion
• Final payment upon project completion
• Additional charges for scope changes or revisions beyond agreed terms

3.3 Client Approvals

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving designs, materials, and specifications within agreed timeframes. Delays in client approvals may affect project timelines.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 Design Ownership

All designs, drawings, concepts, and creative works created by Bright Erection Studio remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use the designs for the specific project commissioned.

4.2 Portfolio Rights

We reserve the right to photograph completed projects and use them in our portfolio, marketing materials, and website unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Project Scope and Changes

5.1 Scope Definition

The scope of work will be clearly defined in individual project contracts. Any work outside the defined scope will be considered additional and may incur extra charges.

5.2 Change Requests

Changes to approved designs or project scope must be requested in writing. Additional fees and timeline adjustments may apply for substantial changes.

6. Timeline and Delays

Project timelines are estimates based on normal circumstances. Bright Erection Studio is not liable for delays caused by:

• Client approval delays or indecision
• Third-party contractor delays
• Material availability issues
• Regulatory approval delays
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.)
• Site access restrictions

7. Cancellation and Termination

7.1 Client Cancellation

Clients may cancel projects with written notice. Cancellation fees apply based on work completed:

• Cancellation during initial design phase: 25% of contract value
• Cancellation during development phase: 50% of contract value
• Cancellation during execution phase: 75% of contract value

7.2 Studio Termination Rights

We reserve the right to terminate projects for non-payment, breach of contract, or unethical client behavior. In such cases, clients remain liable for work completed to date.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

8.1 Professional Standards

We warrant that our services will be performed with professional care and skill consistent with industry standards.

8.2 Third-Party Work

Bright Erection Studio is not responsible for the quality or timeline of work performed by third-party contractors, vendors, or suppliers selected by clients.

8.3 Material Selection

While we recommend materials based on quality and suitability, we do not warrant the performance or durability of materials selected and approved by clients.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control
• Client decisions regarding material selection, contractor choice, or design modifications limit our liability

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding:

• Project details and specifications
• Budget and financial information
• Proprietary design concepts
• Personal client information

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Negotiation

Parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiation.

11.2 Mediation

If negotiation fails, parties agree to mediation before pursuing legal action.

11.3 Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Legal disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

12. Website Use

12.1 Content Usage

Website content including images, text, and designs are protected by copyright. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

12.2 User Conduct

Users must not misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in activities that could harm our systems or reputation.
